PVDF Fluoropolymer Powder Coatings
The highly durable PVDF
fluoropolymer coatings has provided

in 1976, PVDF powder coatings has proven to have the highest
level of durability, able to replace liquid PVDF coatings
in terms of unmatched coating surface protection.
With new breakthroughs in powder coating technology by scientists of FineShine Technology Inc. in Canada, PVDF powder coatings can now obtain the same low film thickness and smooth surface as that of liquid coatings. For the first time, it is now possible to make a powder PVDF coating that is lower in cost, more environmentally friendly, more energy saving, and more efficient than a liquid coating.
Fluorofine uses 70% content PVDF resin. It is fitted with the same type of inorganic ceramic pigments and additives same as using in liquid PVDF coatings. The powder coating undergoes a special powder coating preparation process, ending up with the same composition, outstanding weathering characteristics, corrosion resistance, and mechanical properties. Fluorofine will ensure that your buildings retain their initial look for a long time. The Fluorofine coating meets and exceeds the highest AAMA 2605 (98) standards given of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).
